Without any doubt, Accordance is the best Bible study software available anywhere.

Needs Work

The app works, but it is very buggy. It crashes often and ultimately runs worse than its counterpart Logos.

Accordance excellent

Easy to use with iPad and iPhone. While there are more windows with Windows I tend to use my iPhone most.

Very helpful

Got introduced this by my lecturer in my first year at uni studying Theology, and was taught how to find the closest meaning of words in the bible from the language which they were written from , it’s very helpful always get a better understanding.Very helpful when preparing sermons.

The best software to study the Word

I have been using Accordance for many years and I am sure God will ask me why I didn’t study the Word more! It is the best software and probably the only one I have never had regrets buying. Their support also is fabulous. Well done guys and thank you.

Love this app, use it every day.

I’ve used this app daily for years now. Reading in Greek and tapping when I come across a Greek word I don’t know to discover the meaning. The functionality is generally better and faster than the competing products. Which we could change the Greek font to something more attractive.

Version 3 is much better

I love Accordance desktop and the mobile app is a solid offering that continues to improve. If you’re already an Accordance user, this app is a must, but it’s by no means the best Bible app for mobile. If you are after a mobile optimised app or don’t need advanced language study, you’re better off with something else. The version 3 update seems to have fixed my biggest complaints around navigation. I’d still like to see research-like functionality, as well as a book ribbon feature in addition to the current bookmark functionality which is cumbersome and makes this app less than ideal as an ebook reader.

Rating Accordance

I like the fact that you have the text and tools available offline and the highlighting is available for individual word as well as phrases. I like the key word search and verse search ability. I haven't learned how to use the advanced search capabilities yet and maybe there is a help section to help with that. I'd like to see a little more cross referencing available but for the platform it is a great application for the iPad. I use it for personal devotions, taking notes and preaching.
