Lost all data,accounts,transactions and will not allow any accounts to be added

This morning I tried to add my latest transactions to the app but all my accounts and transactions are gone I’ve tried to add a new account but it won’t allow that to be added either Is the app down at the moment 10th and 11th December 2022 Thanks Gary

Help Please

Hi - love this App, but for some reason the backup feature to my Dropbox has stopped working. I’ve rebooted my phone but makes no difference. Clearly, I can’t delete the App as I will lose my data. Please help. Thanks

Dropbox backup crashes app since last update

Great app but since last update, the backup to Dropbox option crashes the app now. I do hope this isn’t to encourage me to pay again for Accounts 3

The app is great. Having to pay for another isn’t!

I love this app. To find that I have to pay again to upgrade to Accounts 3 is unbelievable!

Awesome App

This is a great app to keep on top of your banking functions. I use it for all of my accounts from current accounts to savings accounts. This app is so easy to use we’ll get developers awesome app. Pity this isn’t available for MacBook Pro.

Recent Update

The recent update (5th Jan. 2022) has a bug. When you click to update an entry the top part (Cancel. Update Entry. Save) becomes transparent if you update more than 1 entry, it becomes difficult to see where to click to either Cancel or Save as they blend into whatever is behind it. Otherwise the app looks OK. UPDATE 30th June 2022. I have found further bugs in this App. namely headings on reports. When you first open the app. to view a report the heading for that report seems to stick so that when you view the next report the heading doesn’t change. Also I think the name change from Accounts 2 to Accounts 2 Checkbook, hinders reporting of issues. I have tried to report these problems via the Apple website, it tells me that I don’t have the title in my purchase history, I clearly have as I use the App. Every day. I wonder if anyone reads these reviews? Thanks for the fix.👍👍👍

Easy to use

I have been using this app since 2010 and love the way it gives me an overview of my outgoings and income. Easy to use. Love the way I can process al my direct debits and balance my bank accounts and other accounts. Recommend this as it is not laden down with unwanted features just a simple effective package.

Superb

I have been using an accounts app for years but unfortunately it closed down and I have been looking for a new app. After trying several and paying a fair amount of money for dome of them I came across this app. It is perfect in every way, so easy to use and extremely inexpensive, so pleased I tried this one.

Basic

I was using original Accounts and after I did an Apple update it no longer works lost everything. Started all over again with this but it’s not 1/2 as good as the older version but it’s better than nothing .
