Can’t login anymore
Was able to login in whenever now I can’t. It keeps saying session expired whenever I try to login. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling app.

Usedto be great. We could acknowledge anyone in our store from the app. Now it won’t work at all. States couldn’t find anyone by that name.
There’s a wall of bad User Interface that prevented me from finding the hidden menu for the load my card option.
I am having trouble getting my points to reflect in my Achievers app
... my company pays for such a crappy app. You can't even use quotes and apostrophes when we're submitting postings. You get the crappy fallback "quote" markups that HTML5 solved five years ago, if not more than that. That is so outdated that it's not even funny. And I'm speaking as a programmer/web designer. If I want ANY kind of online help from your app on my phone, it REQUIRES that I have to use Microsoft Edge or the all invasive Chrome. Well, that's not an option on my iPhone, as Chrome has so many security problems that Apple recommends you don't use them. In fact, Edge isn't even an option on an iPhone. Period. So, I have no way to get online help using my phone. That's swell from a company that's charging my company megabucks. NOT! All in all, this app is not worth it. Whatever money my company is paying you to use your platform, it's definitely not worth it. And I can see why most of the the people at work hate it or simply don't use it after their orientation. The ROI is negative to the employee.
I’ve been instructed to sign out and back in. I’m removed and reinstalled, but still unable to add to my wishlist. Kind of disappointing.
Give us real sort and filter options. Make search work as expected.
I like the idea of this but their website is so slow with gift cards it is sad. Also their policy for orders makes zero sense. I’m sorry but even Amazon let’s you cancel a gift card order before it is processed if you do not need it anymore. Now I have a gift card that I will never use. Needs to be reworked for a better customer service experience.
Great way to keep up with a realistic way of recognizing team members!
My company uses the reloadable card option and it doesn’t even work , just takes you to a blank screen and this is still after updating the app. It would help to fix it so we can use our points
