Pathetic experience
Money has got auto debited even after cancelling my subscription. I tried sending several emails to customer support but got no response and tried calling their mobile number, but no one picks my calls as well. I tried raising a complaint through the app, that functionality has technical issues and can’t even raise a ticket. Regret trying their app! Pathetic experience!
10% of titles loaded in Hindi. Same avl in regional languages
Only ack no tinkle and handful comics loaded. Not the full collection same repeated in multiple languages. Kindle unlimited has all. Terrible in comparison.
There is no option to cancel the subscription in the app
I obtained a complimentary subscription through the TimesPrime App. Upon registering for the Amar Chitra Katha app, they requested my credit card information. However, upon attempting to cancel the subscription, I couldn't find an option within the app.The app automatically renewed my subscription and charged Rs. 1178 to my credit card.

What is the process to cancel subscription
Good content, nostalgic, wished could read in Hindi
Request to app developers to provide a option to read content in Hindi. I read it to my kids and sometimes it’s tiresome to translate English to Hindi
Please remove the silly parental gate
The app has finally been fixed for the bug which didn’t keep in memory the last read page of a downloaded book but the silly parental gate is still there. Dear developers, this app doesn’t have any content that unsuitable for children. All ACK books are family friendly. Please remove the parental gate which forces the subscribers to solve mathematical puzzles to open the app. It’s irritating.

Worst app not working. Not even a single book getting downloaded. No customer support. Refund my monly you fools
Easy app to read ACKs
I use this app on my mom’s phone and love reading all the new titles. It is such fun to flip the pages and read the comics here. Thanks for a real comic book experience on a digital screen
