Where are my books?
I bought a lifetime subscription (which is actually 10 years) along with the mythology book package on November 26th. App: The app is great, there were minor issues with getting it working. Books: The books are a completely different story. The order receipt says the books will be dispatched in 48 to 96 hours. I was hoping to get the books by Christmas. Emailed them on Dec 26th and was referred to Mr. Kevin Johnson with customer service department. I emailed again on Feb 4th as I got no reply. Mr. Johnson was kind enough to reply and apologized for the lack of inventory. I was and told the product will be on the way in 3-4 days. Emailed again on Feb 15th asking for an update and tracking number. Was referred to Ms. Manjare for updates. A week later, I still have no updates. I hate writing bad reviews. I can’t even complain to the better business bureau because the company operates out of India. It is a shame that it is such excellent content but horrible customer service and accountability. Still waiting for my books three months later and after multiple emails.
