ACT Fibernet

I wish i could give a zero in the rating to ACT! I used ACT for almost 2 years and received super lousy service. My internet was disconnected at least for couple of days in a week. But that didn’t bother me as much as dealing with their so called Customer Service who are the most uneducated, untrained, rude and reluctant people I’ve ever known. The interesting part is that those kind of people are given tools to block customers numbers so you can’t call them back, put you in the loop so no matter how long you wait in line to talk yo them once your turn comes it disconnects your call! I made complaints about couple of of those so called costumer service executives and guess what! No one gave a damn! So of you are interested in paying money to bunch of people to disrespect you while giving you a lousy service, ACT is the right choice for you!

This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. In my home internet is not working for more than a week in the time of emergency . I have given complaint long back and made dozens of phone calls about the issue. Still didn't sent the technician to fix the issue. Every day keep on saying the same old story without taking proper action. Worst service . I will strongly recommend not to take ACT internet to all my friends and we'll wishers.If possible I will advice them to go for Hathaway which provides good service (I Saw myself ) For the small issue u guys unable to fix the and taking for granted about the customer issue and not providing good service so I think ACT is fit for nothing. During the time of emergency I literally struggle because of this stupid internet service. If there is any rating I will give the worst rating to this.

I had taken this service in July 2023 and facing network issues frequently (minimum twice a week). Every time I need to raise a complaint and the service they provide was not worth. I recommend better not to choose this connection.

Worst service ever I have received. - Network keeps going down very often for no reason. - If we raise the ticket for connection error, local AcT engineer calls back questioning in a rude manor, why you had to raise the ticket, can’t you call us. (How do you expect us to save your all employees numbers) - customer care is the worst, I called in to get extra connection and to mention I am tired of this network issue occurring often and CS agent mentions ‘you have no sense, speak sensibly or else I will disconnect the call and no complaint will be raised’. Now to raise our query we have to undergo a THREAT and listen to all non-sense your CS agents speak. WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED AND HIGH ON COSTING WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER SERVICES.

Why on earth do I have to enter my mobile number everytime twice to get the payment done , why cant you guys register details for every month and all have to do is make payment as soos as I click for payment Kindly simplify the entire process, less steps and easy payment Thank you
