Actions: To Do List Organizer

I really recommend this app!!! It is aesthetically pleasing and simple to use. Not too many features. Using it does not make you feel overwhelmed or anxious. It would be nice to have more colours to choose from! And it would be nice if you could choose ”priority” actions and flag them as priority actions. Also, I wish you could see the notes straight from the action (now you have to click it) However, I am very happy about my purchase! I like the widget on my homescreen. It is nice that this is also available on my computer. I like the logbook, it makes me feel productive. The little animations are cute.

You cannot trust the management of your important do-to -lists to the app. Both syncing between devices and handling repeating tasks work unreliably. Task marked as completed sometimes show still up on other devices. You cannot trust either repeating tasks repeating after you mark them or marking the task as completed if you use more than one device. Not on the same level with Moleskine’s calendar app Timepage, sadly.

A very good app especially when paired with Timepage app. UI takes a bit of getting used to and there are bugs like past Timepage events of the day being shown in Actions for the next day.

It’s a good app. I’m paying for the possibility to show tasks that have to be done in my calendar. But since getting my Apple Watch I’ve been moving back to apples reminders since Actions doesn’t have complications on it.

I love the interface but it needs to sync with reminders or at least have location based notifications like reminders does ie. leaving work, arriving home etc.

I would love to love Actions.. adding the ability to use tags or project management would be a game changer. However people have been asking this for years, yet nothing. Time to move on.

I LOVE this app! It beats the Apple Reminders app by 100%. I’m the type of person that needs to be reminded constantly of what I need to do and needs structure so this has helped me immensely. Feedback for product: Sometimes I set reminder to reminder me of something on a certain date or time. For example, “Make preparations for your appointment tomorrow at 9:00 AM” but the app will literally change the date to tomorrow at 9:00 AM when I want the reminder to be set today at 10:45 PM. This creates a poor user experience. Luckily, I’m bilingual so I can easily add this reminder in a different language, but I really wish there was a way to toggle this off.

I used to love this app but after a couple rounds of “bug fixes” and updates it isn’t as easy to use as it used to be. You have to be VERY precise when you’re moving a task up or down on your list, otherwise it will try to move that task to another list or it won’t let you place it where you had intended because the area on your screen to which you can grab or drop your task is much smaller than it used to be. Scrolling while grabbing a task isn’t as smooth as it used to be so now I have to grab a task, scroll a little bit, drop it, grab again, scroll, drop it…repeat until the task is in the right location. This app used to make my life easier and now it’s frustrating to use every time. It’s also frustrating that I’m paying for it at this point. Please fix the scrolling and dropping back to what it used to be!!

It’s a fun app.

Hands down the best designed to-do list and reminders app. The UI is simply divine and functionality hits just right. Please make a MacOS / PC version!
