Only one profile
Unfortunately only lets you use one profile. Not very handy for a family who all attend different activities. It would be ideal if it could switch between logged in profiles so the one app can be used by a family.

Worst app ever.
App shows no of people waiting and not how many spaces are in the class. If the class was fully booked with 10 waiting it doesn’t show you if there then becomes spaces available, only the queue. So it looks like there’s no spaces when there is. Major flaw
I installed this app and it said no service . Then the next day i tried to delete and reinstall . Still the same . Im having troubpe to use the active stirling website because its nit that convenient.
The app is awful
It's barely useable, and I wouldn't care if it weren't pushed so heavily as the only way to even see availability let alone book. Bring back phone lines guys, the human element is important.
It never works been member since the start of the year and been able to book once in that time Sort it out

Unable to register as a new member, because the postcode lookup doesn’t work. 404 errors when you try to submit. The fronted is actually displaying the name of the radio buttons. It looks like development was stopped, before the app was completed 😂
This is got to be the most user UNfriendly app I have ever had to deal with. Can’t find the class you want, have to guess which ones to select cause it doesn’t say day or time on the list and then fails to complete the booking. To make matters worse no one will deal with phone bookings or help with using the App.
