En el espacio de mi edificio han privatizado 7 estacionamientos (pagar $ 30.00) mensuales, de los cuales solo uno está siendo utilizado, esto provoca que a veces no se encuentre parqueo especialmente en las horas de la noche y se tenga que dejar el carro a orilla de la calle principal habiendo 6 estacionamientos vacíos sin usar, espero los habiliten nuevamente para beneficio de todos los vecinos.

I have lived in my apartment for over 2 years. As of a couple of updates ago, suddenly the app is constantly pestering me to finish my move in checklist (despite the fact that the app itself clearly says I’ve 100% completed it already, TWO YEARS AGO). I get no stop notifications and emails telling me to get ready for my move-in day even though, uhhhhh I MOVED IN TWO YEARS AGO! It was a perfectly handy app until whatever they did to completely jack up something and now it’s just a major annoyance. FIX IT!!

This app is horrible!!! Keeps erroring out and also could not identify my identity. All my info is correct! Please fix it asap!

Can’t login to the app. Takes me to a web portal and keeps having error codes or having me change my password over and over again. Worst login experience I’ve ever had. Still can’t login to pay my rent.

It never works! Payment center is down, as is the maintenance section. I have yet to have seen this app actually do what it’s supposed to. This issue is costing me money since I have to pay for a money order.

This app is unnecessarily slow. Also although it gives option of using facial recognition or remember password for next time, it constantly has to access browser and forces the user to enter password every time. That means the UI is not coded up correctly. Most apps have this feature working seamlessly but for some reason this app never fixed this bug.

The app won't let me or my wife proceed to pay our rent. Just sends me to the payment center with no option to pay. Gonna have to do the extra leg work and spend extra cash to make a money order which is not the point of having this app.

Can only pay rent via Money Order. Says technical difficulty, contact leasing office. It’s been like this for the past month and it’s very unprofessional.

App must be terribly coded as it is ultra slow at navigating despite using an iPhone 15 Pro. Logs out randomly in the middle of messages, unable to load renters policy outside what is “offered” inside Active Building, attempting to attach PDF files results in JSON errors and the list goes on and on. These issues are present on the latest iOS version 17.5.1 and 17.6. Developers need to fix this abomination.

It just has three dots that look like something is happening, when in fact, nothing is.
