NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE “BANCO” A BRASILEIROS E EXTRANGEIROS, ACTUAM COM XENOFOBIA. IF YOU ARE A FOREIGN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BANK, THEY ACT WITH PREJUDICE.

A app tem um aspecto moderno (ao contrário do site web) e é fácil de usar mas tem alguns erros (“De momento não é possível satisfazer o seu pedido”).

The most basic functionality these days doesn’t work. When purchasing something online, and you have to approve it on the app, it just waits forever… Terrible.

I only have good things to say about the app: it’s intuitive for the end user, it’s seldom down for the dreaded maintenance works and it’s very efficient - keep up the good work !

I have had this app on my previous iPhone for a few years. Since I have changed to iPhone 14 the app says I am offline when that is not the case. I can only access my account on the web version unfortunately.

Most useless bank you could imagine! Trying to get a transfer done is harder than getting blood from a stone. When you try to call them, you have to be on hold for 30 minutes plus. At this point I question the legitimacy of this bank, there’s 2K+ that this bank have manage to fumble so now the transferee is having to make a claim back from their bank. Word of warning… Use another more trustworthy bank to avoid having these issues.
