If I could avoid using this app, I would (and looking for my nee Portuguese bank that sucks less): 1. The bank wants access to my ENTIRE contact list (!!!) if I want to add a regular recipient to a favorite list. A vital feature in exchange for my list of contact? No, thank you. I’m already looking for a different bank. 2. The app does not allow PASTING! This time they do not offer a devil’s trade-off. You just can not. Yep, you have to type in all those IBANs. 3. In general, the app is super unintuitive. I get lost each time I want to make some basic operation. Really tired of it.

Tenho conta com eles, rendimentos altos e sempre me negam cartão de crédito mesmo depois de apresentar folhas de ordenado, extractos bancários. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE “BANCO” A BRASILEIROS E EXTRANGEIROS, ACTUAM COM XENOFOBIA. IF YOU ARE A FOREIGN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BANK, THEY ACT WITH PREJUDICE.

A app tem um aspecto moderno (ao contrário do site web) e é fácil de usar mas tem alguns erros (“De momento não é possível satisfazer o seu pedido”).

The most basic functionality these days doesn’t work. When purchasing something online, and you have to approve it on the app, it just waits forever… Terrible.

I only have good things to say about the app: it’s intuitive for the end user, it’s seldom down for the dreaded maintenance works and it’s very efficient - keep up the good work !

I have had this app on my previous iPhone for a few years. Since I have changed to iPhone 14 the app says I am offline when that is not the case. I can only access my account on the web version unfortunately.
