Dårlig app
App’en lever ikke op til de mest simple user stories. Fx foretag køb af en kop kaffe i lufthavnen, tag billede af kvittering og kontér inden baristaen er færdig - det fejler hver gang. Det er tydeligt, at Acubiz sælger til Procurement og finance og at brugerne er ligegyldige i deres produktstrategi - desværre…
Mister netværksforbindelse hele tiden
Mister netværksforbindelse hele tiden, så den vil ikke registrere mine indtastninger. Hvilket gør det svært at bruge den til appens formål
Vedhæftning af billeder
Den måde, man vedhæfter billeder på, er for besværlig - og for lidt intuitiv.
For mange fejl
Appen crasher ofte ved upload af kvitteringer, ligesom den reagerer langsomt.
Fejl angående funktionalitet
Fuldstændig utilfredsstillende at jeg får at vide at min app ikke kan bruges fordi den er gammel version, mens der ikke findes en opdatering når jeg så tjekker i app-store. Det gør jo appen ubrugelig.
Fås ikke dårligere
Besværlig og ulogisk - tit udfald og registreringer mistes ofte, så der er behov for dobbeltkontrol for at være sikker på at få sin afregning.
Gentagelser
Jeg er så træt af at Acubiz ikke formår at gemme det hele man lægger ind. Rigtig meget går tabt, især tilknyttede kvitteringer, som man så må lægge op igen. Jeg har stadig til gode at prøve det virker fejlfrit, første gang.
Langsom integration
Tager flere dage fra køb til de er klar i app (normalt tager det få sekunder i andre apps koblet på kreditkort)
Dårlig funktionaliteter
Dårlig uploade funktioner ved flere bilag. Så skal app lukkes og åbnes igen.
