With some hotels sending receips in mail, it would be great if upon registration I could browse emails and select. Attachments directly from Acubiz

Disappointing have used much simpler apps for managing and submitting the expenses.

Not user friendly, convoluted, outdated

Some geeks idea of what you need to do your expenses on. Absolute rubbish. You cannot delete an entry, you have to make the same entry again but with a negative amount. Everything with this system is a crap mess around for the end user.

The app appears to work ok most of the time, the only real issue is when you take a picture of the receipt on the same day as purchasing something. For some reason it doesn’t recognise quite a lot of these purchases, but you only find this out a few weeks later when it asks for the same receipt again, but by this time the receipt is already in the bin.

This new version is appalling to use. Screen capture grid worked great in the old version, in this version it is hard to see and is awkward to use. Previous version was very intuitive and pleasant to use, this version is clunky and all over the place. Not impressed!

Er vildt dårligt til at vedhæfte billeder. Der er i den grad plads til forbedring

App’en lever ikke op til de mest simple user stories. Fx foretag køb af en kop kaffe i lufthavnen, tag billede af kvittering og kontér inden baristaen er færdig - det fejler hver gang. Det er tydeligt, at Acubiz sælger til Procurement og finance og at brugerne er ligegyldige i deres produktstrategi - desværre…

Mister netværksforbindelse hele tiden, så den vil ikke registrere mine indtastninger. Hvilket gør det svært at bruge den til appens formål
