It’s a little confusing to book reoccurring appointment and at times client’s appointments’disappear’ from the app but are still booked. Obviously the client can’t change them if they aren’t showing. Also the app and the web link don’t sync and this causes confusion. The web link does not prompt the client to sign in which is a whole different problem in that without a login appointments can’t be changed by the client - as well as not syncing with the app - even when the same email and client name are used. This means clients often have 3 or 4 ‘accounts’. Very confusing.
Bookings made by clients are not appearing on their booking page which leads to multiple bookings. Seems to have been an ongoing issue by the app which hasn’t been resolved for some time.
The app is asking me to pay when I’ve paid up to June. I can’t book in classes. I’m finally on a break from work and want to book asap. Thanks
This app is terrible from a user end. I have to re-login ever time I use it and re-enter my info every single time despite it being saved. I wish my gym would change to something else.
I use this app with my gym and it constantly has little bugs and things wrong with it. It has a bug at the moment that has been happening for about two weeks and nothing has been done about it. Absolutely terrible application and customer service
Was working well for a few months. Now the app has stopped showing me my upcoming classes I’ve booked and is requiring all my details to sign up for a class even though I am already logged into the app. Frustrating.
When looking to book in appointments/classes from a list of available options it doesn’t show you the actual time of the class which seems pointless

I really wouldn’t bother telling clients to use this. It’s very glitchy. They book appointments and it doesn’t show back up. It books multiple sessions at once. The sad thing is, as a past engineer, this is coding 101. There is a teenager
