Horrible user experience
First I’d love to see all my upcoming appointments, but that’s not possible, it just shows you the first upcoming appointment. So if I need to check or cancel something that I book in three weeks it won’t be happening. Which for a “scheduling” app seems like a pretty basic functionality.
From accessibility point of view the colour contrast of the button is hard to read.
Schedule won’t refresh and error messages
Currrently the app schedule won’t refresh and whenever I cancel a session I get an error message. The only way I can get the schedule to update is to log out and log back in again. I never used to have to do this. Really disappointing. The new website version is awful too, not at all user friendly and I can’t see in one place the full list of sessions I’ve booked.
Unreliable
Worked for a bit but now cannot remember my details and keeps trying to charge again for classes I’m subscribed to. And no-one ever responds to feedback. There must be better ones…
Excellent app
The app is NOT the problem - I fact the app. works perfectly well!! My clients LOVE it and guarantee me that it’s the best booking app they’ve ever used.
Unfortunately for some customers taking the time to READ (not having things automatically done for you), expecting zero input and maximum satisfaction, follow simple instructions on your own, ask the BUSINESS on the app you are starting to work with to help you go through the most simple steps your are skipping, often seems the obvious problem - which is easily resolved with COMMUNICATION whenever you meet the customer face to face.
Poor app which makes it useless for clients
Find Thai app terrible and feel it’s not fit for clients so I do not suggest downloading as it doesn’t even link in to profiles on online booking with et have multiple accounts . Very poor . Either sort this out or remove it as causes problems for clients and makes me want to leave this booking system and use a better one . Apps are made all the time and feel like no money has been spend on this , it’s basic and doesn’t link to profiles or appts they maybe book online . Been told for 2 years this get sorted but it hasn’t ! Paying £15 a month for This booking system and you can get better ones for look elsewhere

Unreliable charges you more than once!
The app keeps failing at the payment stage only to find it has taken your money but not booked your appointment/lesson. Effectively it charges 2 to 3 more than you should pay. Support have yet to reply to my messages.
Issue with recent versions
This app is constantly logging me out in recent updates and does not consistently interact with calendars anymore. It used to work welll, keen for it to work well again
If it worked it would be a great app
I feel like this app has just been created quickly and forgotten. I have a beauty business and asked my clients to download this app to help them but it’s shockingly bad! It doesn’t save information from the clients, it makes them create multiple accounts and it doesn’t save their card details which means they have to take more time to put it all in again and again. It misses vital information like their next appointment - it just doesn’t show up which is really bad because it shows on my end as the admin. This app needs a massive overhaul. I’ll soon be leaving acuity completely because I’ve had enough of it!
Poor client experience
Overall a very poor user experience. Said password was forgotten when it wasn’t and forced to recover. Web and app not synchronised, log in details forgotten and appointments gone missing. List of registered businesses also seem to disappear, with no instructions or intuitive way to recover. Could be related to very bad login / profile management and zero help pages. Wasted over an hour trying to recover an appointment which have now missed.
Will be discouraged from dealing with any future businesses that use this app until it’s sorted.
