If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:
- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre
If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Not user friendly at all, you cannot even check your card details. And it very very very slow

Was better before

More complicated, slow to load, difficult to find the functions. Please give us the old one again

Plz fix this issue since lastly update and its not working at all

Worst version

Instead of improving it, they took this app back. It is heavy to load, with useless and slow animations, with no easy-to-follow ways to do things... some functionalities are also disappeared or missing (like the Etihad points area). When you open it even shows your balance in gigantic characters, so watch out if you are in a public place. Big no. Stay with the previous version if you can.

Can’t even log into my account properly without facing some issues. Simply put, this app is filled with so many bugs.

105aed charge? What happened?

Please try to do something about thisone i dont know you need to charge that kind of amountfor transfering money to philippines. I paid already 21aed for the process and i dont get what is 105aed for? Im trying to contact the cusomer service but nonsense
