Bad UX/UI
The mobile banking application I've used is the worst ever. To send money, you must laboriously add a beneficiary with extensive details, and even after that, there's no direct way to send funds. You're forced to navigate back through slow data fetching, locate the person again, and fill in numerous fields repeatedly. Additionally, face checking is always required, making it inconvenient if you're without proper lighting. The UI resembles something from the 90s, and the app operates sluggishly. Transaction history is severely lacking, with only a few recent transactions available. The transaction filter has been non-functional for the past six months.
