This app froze constantly, the bank teller was not helpful and sent me home to finish the application alone- I had no support for questions I was unsure of. It took days to fill out due to app glitches.This experience makes me want to use a different bank. I am going today to file a complaint about this.
Quickly set up my account with ADCB, it was pretty good.
Adcb hayyak is very easy to create and use , also ADCB bank services are very convenient, Despite of some questions at the time of creating the account which are confusing . Its very Good.
As I didn’t yet dealed with ADCB Bank Insha Allah hoping good
So I tried opening the account online and after scanning my passport and EID it says it’s unable to proceed further. I proceeded to call the call center and the person asked me where I am from? What’s the point of asking this? After this I told him where I am from Pakistan and he went on to say “oh you can’t proceed online you’ve to visit the branch” if I had the time to visit the branch why would I waste my time? Never felt this awful before.
