Adcb hayyak is very easy to create and use , also ADCB bank services are very convenient, Despite of some questions at the time of creating the account which are confusing . Its very Good.

As I didn’t yet dealed with ADCB Bank Insha Allah hoping good

Unable to open account because of discrimination!

So I tried opening the account online and after scanning my passport and EID it says it’s unable to proceed further. I proceeded to call the call center and the person asked me where I am from? What’s the point of asking this? After this I told him where I am from Pakistan and he went on to say “oh you can’t proceed online you’ve to visit the branch” if I had the time to visit the branch why would I waste my time? Never felt this awful before.

Iam using ADCB more than 8 years .i don’t have any single issues.they always give update through mail if there is any maintenance on going . Even I started account for my wife also . One of the best customer service team .even I always recommend this to my friends also.

Account Issue Resolution

I installed the ADCB Hayyak app & uploaded the necessary documents, but before I could complete the process, I mistakenly selected the salaried option, which I do not need. I have not yet finalized the process. Now, I am unable to return to the account opening page. How can I go back to open an account with the same mobile number & email ID?
