This app is absolutely useless, it must me removed as it portrays a fake presence of ADCP support, I have been trying to reach out to ADCP with multiple options in the app with absolutely no response from anyone. Please return to normal support with human beings instead of this dumb app!

Maintenance request
The app is only for electrical, elevator and AC. How about water heater, drainage and some other stuff that needs repair. There should be additional category like OTHERS so we can be more specific with the request.
Easy Request Form
The apps is good. I hope the response to the request also is easy to approve.
Service
Too bad, waste of time to raise the issues for maintenance and they cancel them without solving the issue. And you have to raise again and again as we have lot of time for this.
