There is no option to follow up the status of the maintenance request, furthermore, I'm always receiving pushup notifications about community announcements, however, when logged to account nothing was found there.

I renewed my contract 13 days before still I didn’t receive my new tawtheeq. All these days im paying 15 Dhirham for parking. Past 1 week im calling the customer service but its just keep going with fake promises like 24hrs 48hrs we will fix, department will call you blaa blaa blaa. Still nothing resolved..

The ADCP app is user friendly and has a lot of options. The best thing I like is the integrated architecture it is built on. I submit a maintenance request today and a technician follows up the same day. Also the app is very user friendly. I do not have to navigate a lot of steps to raise a request or find information. Addition that can be done is Face ID login.

Very bad service.i am not recommending anyone to take home from ADCP.some emergency services when we are calling the both maintenance companies they are are telling this is not my work others work. We are wasting money and time to get the services. After hailstorm and rain since 4 days water in the basement parking all cars are merged in water the didn’t take any action to drain the dirty water from basement parking and water pump already not working so no water supply in the building.we are afraid that any time this building will damage.
