Subscription can’t be cancelled
Guys I got many issues with your app recently! I wish I could unsubscribe but it’s not easy! First of all, I cancelled my subscription for 9.99$ per month and it was cancelled in my phone. I did it because your app doesn’t work good, I don’t have proper functioning and the watermark is still on the videos! But in fact today I paid anyway 9.99$ for what? I cancelled it already! Your app on my phone works like a demo version! I applied for the money refund but I couldn’t refund the money; the support service says it’s not possible! Can you figure this out please? I’m not agree to pay for nothing. Please give me back my money and cancel the subscription! Thank you.
Disappointed
When I downloaded the app, I needed to either buy it or download another app. This is a waste of time. I even could not experience the functionality.
