Hey! I wanted to try your apps subscription. It was told I have a 3 day free trial but I was charged 2,99 and now can’t get them back. I want to get my money back. Please help to do it, as it was unfair I got charged for free trial. I already unsubscribed but didn’t get money back!

Subscription can’t be cancelled

Guys I got many issues with your app recently! I wish I could unsubscribe but it’s not easy! First of all, I cancelled my subscription for 9.99$ per month and it was cancelled in my phone. I did it because your app doesn’t work good, I don’t have proper functioning and the watermark is still on the videos! But in fact today I paid anyway 9.99$ for what? I cancelled it already! Your app on my phone works like a demo version! I applied for the money refund but I couldn’t refund the money; the support service says it’s not possible! Can you figure this out please? I’m not agree to pay for nothing. Please give me back my money and cancel the subscription! Thank you.
