After paying the bill, the message that your bill is overdue will keep coming for many days, the message notification also will remain, notifications will not be cleared after paying the bill, which is very confusing for the customer.

Unable to login to the app however with the same credentials I am able to login to the website. Tried couple of times with changing passwords, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn’t work. Please help!!

Same credentials when I try on browser I am able log in But those when tried on the mobile app, does not work Weird !

I cant access my app, keep login it but not opening even I opened my account, bills is not showing or updating! Fix your app! Its useless

Apps is not working

I paid the bill but still receiving emails and SMS to pay it again. Trying to call and make a complaint but no answer. Quick payment is off. The app is useless
