The Falcons never increase. It says collect 40 to move to silver Tier i fill up fuel every week yet for more than a year its on 16 Falcons only. The option to exchange points to smiles has been removed. At least information should be given regarding the same.
Worst app for gas cylinder order…… Simply canceling orders without any update… Showing incorrect information…..
Very bad app and customer care services also very poor.
Excellent rewards
I have been using the app for several years and it seems developers are not testing before releasing updates, unable to claim prizes or missing points are a common feature
Taking too much time to deliver. Driver mobile is switched off. Difficult to contact them . Totally not satisfied.
Application not picking up exact location please fix the issue
Once I enter the details it keep says emirates id already exists. If so, why not allowing to get in? No option to select forgot user id/password.
All these days it was working fine, now it’s asking me to login. Though I’m entering my details correct it’s showing an error. Where did my all reward points go? Bad service. Rectify this issue immediately.
