Close all apps. Ensure AdGuard is turned on. Go to bed. Check your battery stats in the morning. Yup. It’s AdGuard sucking it dry. They’ve been told about this by thousands of users. Zero response.

Excellent app. I am currently on a free trial but will be converting to the yearly plan. The streamlined way my browsing is with this app is amazing. It literally catches all the ads and pop ups. Very good price also. Thoroughly recommended. Dan.

This is a Russian company with Russian software developers. Given the illegal invasion of Ukraine, it is in advisable to continue using this for obvious reasons.

The DNS protection keeps dropping without any rhyme or reason. I repeatedly have to go back to the app to switch it on, without it, the ads on some websites are insufferable. I like the app overall, happy to pay for annual membership but the DNS dropping is a bit of an annoyance. Hope this gets fixed eventually. Thanks.

I use the free version and it still does its job perfectly blocks ads on safari To block ads on YouTube click share, more and then watch by AdGuard Would recommend

There are so many problems either this app but my biggest one has to be that the customer service is so, so rude, I would even say aggressive to a certain point. I have never been spoken to like this ever before in my life and quite taken aback by it. I dare not ask for a refund my lifetime license purchase… Currently, it’s absolutely rinsing my new iPad Pro m4’s battery, even when the app is closed and device is not in use AdGuard drained the battery from 90% to 0% overnight and the battery settings says AdGuard was running in the background for all those hours. It’s unusable if you want to actually use your device. Additionally, even if you have the same settings across devices, the behaviour for as blocking etc is not the same. So what’s the point of this app exactly if it works better on one device and worse on others AND totally wrecks your battery life? Not good enough really, especially for such a shocking and honestly, upsettingly rude customer service when you do submit official tickets to them. I think it’ll be looking for a new service. Cannot recommend to anyone who values being spoken to like a human being. Just awful.

Worked great for years, now it locked my phone down. I was unable to access anything on my phone. Subscription cancelled!

When the app no longer works due to YouTube trying to circumvent it, the AdGuard Team are quick to patch these issues, and are responsive to feedback by users.
