Bad application

This app is the worse .. I need to remove the app and reinstall it in every single time I want to use it

Very great and fast app

User friendly and easy to navigate

I think business owners doesn’t pay enough money Because the bank cannot pay someone to develop a working properly application Full of bugs if there’s zero star I would give Hope someone see the review and do something

With new update the app is much better, hope it reach personal banking experience much easier and faster

Whenever you have a complaint while the issue is from EMPLOYEE they don’t open a case BECAUSE THEY want to SHOW they don’t have complaints,, extremely frustrating and annoying when the bank closes your application because the employee didn’t follow up with the customer

The app triggers Norton 360 mobile app to connect through a safe web VPN (to protect my device from being compromised) then a popup error on the app screen says that a VPN has been detected and I need to connect to a stable network. The mobile network is stable (Etisalat), my iPhone is customized by Etisalat for clients in the UAE and has the latest iOS, and Norton 360 is enforcing device security without changing my IP or my location in the country (only the Safe Web VPN is activated, not the Personal VPN). Hence, I am not allowed to use this application which is frustrating. Your developers should speak with Symantec and test the mobile app together with Norton 360 mobile.
