As an Adobe creative cloud user for many years, i appreciate how the suite scales up with the times. Now I can ideate on the go and finish anywhere. Subscription is worth it as an creative cloud pro user.

Cheating money

The subscription method is very confusing, it appeared to be monthly subscription but end up I subscribed for one year, only realise when I try to cancel it. This kind of misleading and smoking is common for many software subscription services, but it also happens to Adobe, what a shame. I just cancel it and paid the penalty in the end. But will no longer use Adobe again. There are so many alternatives in nowadays with more decent way of charging. Also be careful with your subscription of student price, once you’re no longer student, it will charge you in normal price and without asking you if you want to cancel.

Always hv problems can’t login from time to time.

Need a free extension to my subscription pls

Have been paying the monthly bills for the last 12-15 months without having used the app even once. My fault for having let the subscription run without use. Can you consider giving me a free extension for an extended months period so I can get some training and start using it? This way you can get a loyal subscriber for a long period of time. This is being addressed to Adobe Customer Service. Tarun Gandhi
