Sad discovery
I have used and loved this app for several years. Recently the app will not load it all. I was unable to exercise for six weeks after surgery .
Now that I’m able to exercise again, the app will not load at all. So long to my best 2024 body!!. I have tried repeatedly with both the high interval training and the six pack abs app. I am using iOS 17.5.1 . It is so frustrating when you have paid for an app and it is not updated in a timely fashion. I hope the developers help fix the issue soon.

I really like how adaptable the app is to needs and ability. I am my first week into the total training schedule lab and feel this it is a good stretch combined with my bicycle commute.

Best App Ever
This is a great app for those who are looking to get fit. You don’t have to be a fitness pro to be able to do the exercises. On the contrary, it shows you how to do each exercise. There are three levels and each last 5 mins. It can be done anywhere; could it be better? Yes. Also includes a meal plan. No excuses. This app as well as Bootcamp and Bootcamp are killers!!! Must get them all!!!!
Great! Wish there was an arm workout tho
I love all 3 of the apps! Great workouts with high intensity. They're easy to follow and are able to track your workout days. Although I wish there was just one app w all 3 of the workout options so you could track what you do each day throughout all the apps instead of just one. Also I wish there was an arm workout! The only app that works your arms really is bootcamp and it's not that much.
