I’m sorry I got this system as soon as my contact is over. I will never use them again and move over to a more secure company that doesn’t have automated people calling you to check if everything is okay if there is an emergency you need real people. Also to make things worse if you’re away on your house has a power cut or there is a fault you have to be there to reset it which is insane, especially when I travel a lot for business. So currently have a house that is not alarmed in the next three weeks which will invalidate my insurance if there was a break in. Be very careful with this company they miss self and then hold your to the contract they should be exposed horrendous experience!!!

Please update the app with a widget fix as the legacy widgets have been removed and this is one that is useful without having to open up the app every time to arm or disarm your system.

Not that impressed with the system. At times it take to long for the front door bell camera to come through to your phone when out

There is nothing smart about this system. They charge you a monthly fee to change the batteries on devices that will never need it. You can’t integrate their system to any smart ecosystem available out there. The seller lies about it telling you, everything is possible. STAY AWAY. The app does not work well on iphones.

I wish I had checked the app before I purchased the system. It’s like travelling back in time. The UI is unfriendly, and nothing is intuitive. Avoid.

The worse app and company . Even if the system is not working they will not allow u to get out until you finish your contract . They will say “ it’s working although you struggle and call them 10 thousand times that’s not evidence “ . Find a proper small company this is scam

Dreadful app. Verification codes never arrive. Constant issues trying to log in.

The widget was very useful prior to iOS 18, but this no longer works. Please fix this, as this was very beneficial

Adding a new user with an access code through this app appears to work, however, when you attempt to test the new users ability to disarm the system via the keypad that user code gets reported as invalid user. If the app is failing to synchronize with the ADT system and device in the house, it is not fit for purpose. The issue was reported to ADT and they have not yet called back with a resolution. I will be going out of town in the next day, and the new user wants to allow someone in the house with restricted times. This is no longer possible, and I will be forced to provide the user with my master code. how does this provide security?
