Description

The Advanced Buteyko app has many great features to help you learn Advanced Buteyko breathing. It's streamlined for convenience, includes spoken instructions and contains 61 different Buteyko Breathing levels.

The first level of the app can be done by anyone. Level 2 can be done after registering for a free account. The highest levels are only for participants to the Advanced Buteyko Breathing course.

Course participants start with the basics and are guided by a certified Buteyko Breathing instructor to gradually raise their skills until they're ready for the most advanced Buteyko Breathing exercises. This approach guarantees best results in terms of fitness, general health and the reversal of chronic disease.

An activated user account is required to use all features of the app. Contact one of our Buteyko Breathing instructors to get started.

The app requests access to read your heart rate info in the Apple Health app (optional). This allows us to show you how your heart rate goes up and down depending on your breathing scores.

The Advanced Buteyko app is the official app of the Advanced Buteyko Institute.

There’s no sound

Even if I put headphones on there’s no sound! No coaching or guidance just a play button that does nothing.

Excellent App

I have used the Advanced Buteyko app for quite some time now and have worked with Eduardo who is an excellent teacher. It is a discipline to bring it into your daily routine but I have found it has improved my cognitive function and memory which wasn’t poor prior to this but it has improved. My general energy has also improved. The App makes it very easy to keep up with your progress.

Utterly brilliant

If you read the review on here by Kate Towesy, I just echo her every word. What she has said is totally and utterly my own experience. This app is brilliant. The practice is amazing and given me loads of benefits including learning to keep quiet more, much more peaceful with in a calm, and losing weight effortlessly as my appetite has just naturally been cut in half. I could not do the practice without the app because the app makes it fun. Well done Eduard. And you are an excellent and caring tutor. Thank you so much.

Excellent app

I did a Buteyko workshop with another group a few months ago to help with my autoimmune, and found that the practice made a profound difference. It's however a real discipline to keep the practice up, and I needed some support in making it happen. I also needed a less radical approach. Then I found this app and it's been an absolute godsend. It reminds me to practice, guides me and motivates me. My practice is now regular, enjoyable, and I'm progressing nicely. I'm also getting personal guidance from Eduard, the app's creator, who is an excellent and knowledgeable teacher. If you're interested in Buteyko, this is a first-class option for sustained progress, learning and support.

Great app

Great idea and a great app to help for maximum effectiveness and adherence to exercises. Eduard is a very good teacher and this app compliments his work brilliantly.
