It would be nice to have some kind of description to know background of the Heros.

Slightly Worse Than Adventure Communist

I want to start this review by saying that when I say “slightly worse” I mean it. It is only ever so slightly not as good as adventure communist. It is, however, held back by a couple flaws that make it very difficult to play for me. While the game does make improvements, I haven't played that much of it, so I probably haven’t seen all of them. An improvement I noticed was the art. The quality of art for cards (and other things) is improved and more consistent. Another hing I liked was the theming. I expected that a third game would maybe be… Adventure Feudalism or something. Even if this was unexpected, I like it. There are only so many political systems you can base a game off of. The main issue that holds me back from playing it as much as AdCom is the interface. Everything feels crowded and oversized. Everything is also very bright. AdCom and AdCap used more toned down colors, and, and was easier on the eyes. There are also a couple smaller issues I had. The mystery researcher you get from watching ads is actually a mystery! The bad part about this is that the researcher isn’t really worth the ad. The main reason I watch an ads for the researcher in AdCom is to automate production of an industry (or top off a specific researcher for upgrades) and its alot harder to do this with the current system. The second smaller issue is that cards don’t have quotes! You would think It would be easier to add quotes to cards, seeing as the people on the cards actually have quotes to use… (a very small issue, I know) Overall, it is not as good as AdCom.This doesn’t mean that it is bad however. It makes improvements over AdCom and just because I didn’t like the GUI doesn’t mean that other people who don't play AdCom as much won’t.

Cannot get bonuses

Recent ads do not have an X in the corner to click out of perhaps due to the size of my iPhone screen. Completely negates bonuses and makes the game not worth playing.

Game doesn’t open

Getting a spinning hourglass for >10 minutes and nothing

It’s awesome!

I loved the game, but I play my games in the evening, so I had to uninstall it due to the blue background killing my sleep. If there’s ever a different option for background, I’m in!

Ads are 90 seconds and out of control.

Thefellawithnoname on

Guys, these ads are getting out of hand. 30 seconds was fine. Understandable and no problem. But then clicking X then having to wait 5 seconds to click X again was irritating. Now we’re waiting a minute, clicking X then having to wait 20 seconds then clicking X again then ten seconds later can finally click X a third time? I’m at the point where once I see “a long ad”, I just close the game out of frustration.

Disappointed

HoppPlays on

United States

I have loved and been addicted to this game for a long while and even gave in to buying the monthly pass to avoid ads. Yet today suddenly we have to start watching ads for things and get asked for another pass to avoid them. Very disappointed

Most recent update

Adventure mediocre on

United States

So after months and months of waiting for a new update that included new chapters, todays release included two new features for watching ads and no new chapters. Well done team. At least you can keep money on a game you actually aren’t updating.
