Just crashes

Worked great for a long time. But now just crashes when you try to open it. 😭

App broken

App no longer working since last update - crashes when trying to open it on all devices.

Not working

Every time I try to create a club membership it crashes. It lets me get as far as my country and then when I try to pick it crashes. Please fix!

Love the stories, not the app

The newest version of the app will not allow you to log out. There is no way to log in a different user either.

One small thing

I love this app so much! There are so many episodes to listen to but I have to continually delete the app and get it again, when I’m in the app it says I have no internet connection so I can’t listen to the episodes, but I have internet. How can I fix this Thanks.

Can’t use!!

Will not let me sign in!! We have our passwords and user names saved into our devices and it still won’t let us in!! We even tried updating it... so very frustrating!! I tried the forgot password route but it wouldn’t send me any recovery code!! Can you help??

Love AIO but….

Love AIO and the content of the app BUT my biggest pet peeve is that randomly the app will get rid of ALL of my downloaded episodes. PLEASE fix this AIO, I download episodes for long trips then when I open the app they are ALL GONE. It is extremely frustrating!!!!
