It’s okay

It’s a good app But it doesn’t have the same content as the USA

Periodically app cannot stream content

I have been speaking to customer service. My issue was the app more than once a day will not play any titles for a period of time. When you click it says cannot play stream. After speaking to customer service they gave me a 5 step solution which includes clearing cache and history, deleting and re installing the app, turning device on and off. The process is long, inconvenient, time consuming just to play one movie. I appreciate there solution however due to the lack of convenience and software issues I chose to cancel my subscription I advised my agent to cancel and advise me when the app issue is resolved. They also never refunded me but offered credit which is no use to me since I’m cancelling.

Love the idea but so hard to find and to sign up

First it was super hard to find the app on my tv, Tablet and iPhone. Even looking at the websites instructions on how to didn’t help unfortunately. I managed through the app finally but was only able to punch in numbers instead of the letter and number combo for my postal code. I managed going around somehow with copy paste. I don’t want to spread bad words but rather make the app owner aware so they can fix it and more people can use the app as I love the idea of this app.

Account settings? What account settings?

If you like to manage your own account, change credit card info, change or cancel your subscription, this is not the app for you. Once you’ve signed up I guess you’re a lifetime member. Auto renew doesn’t stop even after your credit card expires.

Took 100$ twice from my credit card

Don’t bother with this app. They took 100$ out of my credit card after signing up for monthly payments.

New Update Sucks

So hard to work on tv now. “Great American Pure Flix” ruined Pureflix…

Some updates that need to be fix

The application is a good place to have Christians movies aways from scenes that are not good. The only problem in this app it’s that is lacking of having a to continue to watch and the list of watchlist in the table board and the languages that are not available like Netflix. I’m paying this because it’s less expensive which is good and for the advancement of the kingdom of God hoping this money you use to have more options and to ameliorate the app and have more available Christians movies.

New merger not good

Since PureFlix merged with great American, the selection is very poor and the app now glitches

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

There is lot of the movies/series that PureFlix provides that are so amazing! So unbelievably good! Others aren’t that great, but who cares, in my opinion those (good) movies aren’t diamonds in the ruff, more like the (bad) movies are like silver/ gold in the pile of diamonds PureFlix has to offer, the price is ridiculously Good! I am a very very satisfied consumer, But if you don’t believe me try it for yourself!! Ps it’s ridiculously hard to get in Canada, (sighing up) if your having trouble try and use the google option instead of the credit card and pay pal

Kicked out to much

Having to delete a reload multiple times on this new app Then if it loads I go to the choice and hit play and kicks me out again. after trying more reloads I have to delete and reinstall Old one work perfectly Frustrating !
