it’s very smooth and easy
Difficulty adding gift card
Painful app to use
Constant errors
Whenever I try to check out with a gift card the checkout process is a nightmare. I get errors and it’ll charge my card without placing the order. This is the second time in the last few months this has happened. I just want to use my gift card but they’re making it impossible 🤷🏻♀️

Terrible experience
I was shopping and went to check out and the app was super slow and when it finally went to the payment screen two out of the three items were sold out. I wasn’t taking my time and I was ready to pay immediately.
Awesome clothes
Everything I have bought from AE has been made well. Their sizes are true , and tend to run on the bigger size. This is my go to store from now on. You get what you pay for.
Order unavailable
Items that were unavailable were still showing up in my cart. Charges are still showing on my credit card even though the app said there was a problem and it did not go through.
