good app sometimes glitches but not bad

The website was working to slow

I love the AE app and company. But i dont know i feel like my app hasn’t been working lately. I’ve been noticing number one that the items im saving aren’t being saved anymore which is making me very frustrated. I keep having to go and resave my items. Next sometimes it is NOT allowing me purchase my items on the app. I have to go onto google and buy it from the website. i genuinely don’t understand why this is happening but it’s really irritating. Last, i’m so OVER trying to order things for in store pickup and it not being stocked then cancelling my order DAYS after. Like it’s so unnecessary if it isn’t in stock then maybe don’t list it as being in stock?

I’ve been wearing American Eagle jeans for 20+ years. I’ve always enjoyed them.

ive been shopping at aerie for a lil over 2 years now and all the clothes are absolutely amazing. they’re all SO CUTE, they always have deals, and its very nice material while its not as expensive as other similar brands. and they rewards which is also js fantastic! so u should most definitely buy from here fr😝

I don’t like to sign up to use an app. But I wanted to buy something. Apparently long ago I signed up, and I could remember my password. After filling out the sign up form, it told me I already had account so it didn’t work, and to reset. The words were super small, in fine print and I had to really look for it. When I found it, it said I had to wait 15 min… At this point I was done. In addition, I didn’t like the pressure of pop ups, and the pop ups didn’t have an exit so I had to figure out how to move it to get where I was going. To bad because I really wanted to buy something. It’s not user friendly.

I’m not sure if this because of my location but this app will send my stuff all over the state but never to the store I tell it to. I’m not driving for 2 hours to get a pair of jeans lol. Other than that though it’s good to browse. However if you want to order to pickup, stick to the site.

More colors, more long length in curvy Jean especially dreamy cargos, & this may be a wild request but it would sell out with great marketing day 1 if you guys bring back the ORIGINAL BOHEMIAN PERFUME AND MIST!!!!
