The App is useful for tiny transactions but the moment you want to upgrade your account; you have better luck with civil service bureaucracy than getting headway esp as there is no contact person. Emails are automated responses, online help chats are not replied 2hrs later

Why are you guys heartless you guys restricted my account And don’t allow me to upgrade You guys should better do something about it Because I work for that money if you guys did activate my back It will never be well with you guy

t’s will never be well with the builders of this app,my mum died at the hospital this morning because the money for her treatment was transferred to my Aella credit wallet and immediately the wallet was deactivated .no customer support system nothing I even visited a branch they claimed they have at Victoria island only to be told there is nothing like that there GOD wel judge you😭😭😭😭😭😭
