Stopped working properly since the latest update, constantly loads a “something has gone wrong! Retry” screen on the account page an spend screen and the home page screen

App constantly crashes as soon as you open it. Literally just stuck on the 3 loading dots constantly. Anyone else having this issue?

Just like the updated BA rewards. Full ot bugs and keeps crashing. Bring back egg old app and sack the team who ‘designed’ this one

Totally useless. Freezes and then crashes every time you enter your log in details. I’m nearly like they don’t want to give out any rewards………

How are members meant to access our digital membership cards when the app will not work! We are losing out on the benefits of tiered membership when we can’t physically show the card details at the airport. Feels really sketchy & like a scam to offer something that’s impossible to avail of! Send members physical cards if you can’t maintain an app that actually works
