I am a holder of Eco Plus Carte Abonnée which is about to expire at the end of this month. On the App they give instructions on how to continue the subscription of an existing card. The instructions are fairly clear but they simply don’t work. You run into an eternal loop .... When questioned they ask ”order a new card”. Last year I did that and what a mess it was to have it delivered to my adress outside France... And my car is on the parking lot... Oh, what a grief! —- Je suis titulaire d'Eco Plus Carte Abonnée qui expire à la fin du mois. Sur l’App, ils donnent des instructions sur la manière de continuer l'abonnement d'une carte existante. Les instructions sont assez claires mais elles ne fonctionnent tout simplement pas. Vous rencontrez une boucle éternelle .... Sur demand par e-mail, ils proposent "commander une nouvelle carte". L'année dernière, j'ai fait ça et quel gâchis de l'avoir livré à mon adresse hors de France ... Et ma voiture est sur le parking ... Oh, quel chagrin!
