On my iPad the display is smaller than my phone screen. Rediculous! The math in the statements makes no sense. It does not account for all the costs or coverages.

Created an account, can’t even get in. I use my username, password, it says it’s unable to sign me in, then takes me to website, I try to sign in there, and it just keeps me on the sign in page. Buggy.

Cannot look at anything, prescription say not available come back later, claim do not open.

Each time I visited the doctor's office, I received a hefty bill.

Can we please add a Sort option that allows us to sort out the “in network” vs “out of network” options? I really dislike clicking over and over to find that some or most of the Drs are out of network. Thanks

Why is it so hard to get a representative that I can understand in English. I don’t care what country anyone is from, but we need to be able to converse.

This app needs to be completely revamped. It is horrible. You have to come out the app in order to make payments and or changes. The physicians are not up to date. The grocery store is app is better than this

Go ahead a try to find the name of your particular plan. I dare you. Then try to order ID cards. Lol.
