Joined the app so easy to find my way round, so easy, fantastic tutorials especially for the gym, there is a wonderful convenience option for recipes, it’s great listening to the information on supplements while walking and the team are great at checking in to support you in your journey and see if you need help! Well done on the app

App is easy to use & the information available in the academy & the support are brilliant.

Started out with the free trial done it 10 times plus mostly for the calculator. Finally decided to join up 7 weeks ago, the programmes are amazing have met so many people , 20 of which I have a what’s app group with now and I call friends. Could do with some work on the photo upload other than great fantastic app even better service

Handier than the website. Smooth operation with the updates

I tried this out as it looked decent but after using Hevy it’s a real backwards step in cross app integration and tracking. Also a lot of the machine workouts listed had the wrong names and don’t exist in the group of gyms that I go to so there’s not an alternative to switch to. It could be amazing but it’s just missing lots of functionality and tracking abilities.

I love the app, it’s easy to navigate but the best part is the advice from the coaches! I’ve been under eating for so long and then binging it wasn’t making sense to me, since being put on maintenance calories I feel a lot more energetic and can do more in the gym and energy lasts all day!

This is app is every reason I hate fitness. Within days of signing up to do in my own pace I’m being sent messages both in app and email from the “PT” I don’t want. I signed up to work on things when I’m ready to not when a PT says so. Shame as the app itself and content looked great first glance.

Had high hopes for this but app is impossible to use (why no back button anywhere?) disappointed.
