I bought two workout plans from Natasha and I love them! However, I would recommend some improvements for the app. When I look at the video how the exercise move is done I am only able to close it by the cross in the left upper corner. I would add the option to go back by sliding from the left to the right or by swiping from the top to the bottom, it would much more convenient and quicker. I would also add switching between other workouts in the current week by swiping from right to the left. And I would prefer if the checking off the finished set was quicker. Maybe just by clicking on it and if you want to add the weight, then you would just hold it a little longer? Because I personally do not have a need to track the weight. Those are just recommend improvements, otherwise, I like the app, I love there are videos and some detail to it. I am overall satisfied.
Apple Watch
Great app but i would really appreciate if this app would work at Apple Watch. It’s annoying having and checking phone all the time in a gym
