Bummer update
I love this app, but it has been months since the last design update that the app is unusable.. the buttons doesn’t work, it has many lagging and it deletes all of the weight history! It stops the exercise for no reasons and the timer is not even correct😕 I still do all of my workout on it but man it’s almost ptsd like. I don’t want to touch anything Everything was fine before that
Amateur app
Sadly lots of very good instructors use this app for their programms... however the app is pure garbage, imagine working out 1h30min writing down every workout you have done with weights/notes etc. and you wana check out what is expecting you tomorrow: you go back ”<” and without any warning, your workout data gets deleted... time/weights/notes etc. all has been reset. this needs to be FIXED ASAP!
Last updates
Last updates introduced new Bug for tracking. restarting or Completing doesn‘t work correctly anymore. Sometimes if you complete one set it resets another and so on.

i like the app, but since the last update it just doesn't work anymore. i need to tap on an icon 4-5 times for it to respond, the completed exercises (with logged weights and reps) get deleted after scrolling down in a workout and the timer doesn't work. I like the idea of being able to restart a workout on the front page, but as everything else, this doesn't work as well. Working out got so much easier with this app, but I really hope that these malfunctions get fixed soon...
So sorry but I really dislike the app
I am very unhappy with the app! The workouts are great, but it is really sad that the timer won't tell when the time is over on each exercise and what I really don't like is that you cannot see the exercise you're supposed to while working out. You have to watch it first and memorize each and every ste or stop the workoit to watch de next video which is also not fine. I usually work out with the nike App (which is amazing) but has limited workouts and I would love to get more into specific HIIT Workouts. I unfortunatley will not be doing it with your app just because the handling while working out is so so bad. I really love your workouts and I follow you on Youtube and love your videos and your very cute persona and I really wanted to support you but i am really unhappy with the app. Sorry!
Good but minor limitations
The workouts are great but the app has its limitations: cannot redo a full workout.. Week 4 has some bugs as well
ADHD Friendly
I need workout moves in one place because I get easily distracted. On mobile it’s very easy to use. Sometimes it freezes and you have to quit the app to continue your workout. It doesn’t save your elapsed time when it does that. On iPad it also crashes mid workout but main complaint is you have to run it in portrait mode. It would be so nice if it worked on landscape mode for iPad.
Needs updates
Crashed my first time using it and I really wish there was a timer for rest between sets!
Great workouts
This is a great app for workouts but it does need to be updated to fix some bugs.
