Pathetic service

Pathetic service and horrible customer service

Great Experience with AfriHost

I must admit it has been an amazing experience for past couple of weeks since I moved from existing ADSL provider to Afrihost fibre. Some teething issues in creating account to be able to login online but super smooth after that! Thumbs up to AfriHost.

Absolute Charlatan of Company

I hate this company

Continuously unreliable in the last few weeks

It could be Openserve (Useless Telkom’s Subsidiary company) causing the issue, not acceptable.

latest price increase very disappointing and failure to advise and apology for breakdown of service on 22/5/2024

Makes life a lot easier

Truly makes managing my fibre packages as well as AirMobile much easier

Too slow

The internet is currently so slow that it won’t even load Amazon Prime nor Netflix. Rather disappointing for a Sunday night and we can’t watch anything, when I have plenty Data
