The app no longer shows fibre data usage

I can’t even get logged in with the iPhone app. When I authenticate and get to the input of the OTP, it never activates the keyboard to allow me to input my OTP and complete the authentication.

Please add aggregated usage stats views: Rolling 3-6 month Average usage split in Download and Upload, and a year-on-year view, this will help users to determine currentness of packages

Terrible service, line quality is bad and the app is limited. WhatsApp support is a waste of time. Only with Afrihost because theres no other hardline fibre here. Resolve issues without fixing the issue.

Since day 1 i connected my Pure Lte i never got disappointment or any interrupted connection, Afrihost saved my life and thank you now and forever i don’t hesitate paying my subscription

Firstly - I wanted to give 1 star and it is fixed at 2 star. I transferred a LTE Router with selling my business, I had never used over 10gigs on a 40gigs package in a working month, yesterday the new owner told me he had to change the package to 150GIGS !! My other LTE Router has been through 120 GiGS in 2 weeks !!!
