Good game poor management
First point I would like to highlight here is why having a social media account if you are not hearing what players are asking, we have been asking for hero reset for ages without anyone even care to give us a response let alone implement it. Second of all reward system is very poor not enough hero Xp and gear upgrade materials. And paying in this game is the worst, may be only one pack is worth paying for the kingdom hoard, al other are not worth the money value for example imperial glory pack is insanely unfair why not add more hero XP and reward me for paying, or the wheel am paying 4000 coins to may be get the hero at least improve the other reward why are you insisting on putting resources in every pack we don’t need that just put some valuable rewards that will make me buy more pack and spend more coins on different aspect of the game. And again bring back hero rest you can’t make 13 day event and give 3 times either make it unlimited for 13 days or 3 for 3 days and bring it back every week or 2 week
