Great game but the WORST customer service (Umar, Svetlana and Anna) when it comes to addressing game bugs and issues. Slow, inefficient and minimal service!
בעיות אבטחה. כל הזמן דוחות אנליסטיים ואין תשובהה
לאחר שינוי לגיים סנטר בעיות אבטחה קשות. כל הזמן דיווחים אנליטיים ומסירת מחדי פרטי ללא אישור. צוות התמיכה מתעלם מהפניות ומפנה לאפל. החלפתי סיסמאות אבל הבעיה ממשיכה. במשחק הושקעו מאות שקלים!!!! הכל נגנב ונפרץ.
unwanted user reset
After the last update, my user, whom I playing with for more then 4 months has been suddenly deleted and I can’t access it. It just started the game all over again. It’s really frustrating
