Don’t get sucked into another “pay to advance.”
I played this game for three years. It’s fun when you start out, but over time, if the repetition and grinding doesn’t wear you down the blatant cash grabs will hopefully deter you. After quitting many games for the same reason, I started this one in the hopes that it could be played for free, without in app purchases, but Playkot slowly and continuously added more and more hero’s with few opportunities to advance them without payment. Free play is possible, but unrealistic when events to advance you heroes require… advanced heroes. Like all games of this type that require the random luck of mystery chests, it is really a lottery and should be viewed as gambling. The further you advance the more disappointing drop rates become. The consolation for receiving duplicate materials is poor, and only provides a fraction of the cost to open yet another chest with the same ghastly odds. When season passes were first introduced the small cost and rewards seemed worth it, but the costs only became higher and the rewards worse. Playkot spends most of its time developing ways to prey on player addiction instead of the game itself. Please avoid starting another game that only wants to take advantage of you.

Until the ability to buy memory spheres in the market with accumulated gold was removed in the last update. No point playing for fun any longer if you’re pushing people to join clans and spend more money. You’re getting too greedy.

Very poor customer service/support
Support will keep using generic response instead of finding the truth. Agent just blamed me instead of finding out what went wrong. I contacted them again twice unfortunately, Svetlana their support probably ignored my message and never replied back. Too bad they just lost a paying customer.
Game continues to constantly crash
After spending many hours on this game, it now crashes instead of loading since the last update. Frustrating
App not working.
I like this game and I’d give it 5 stars but since the update I can no longer enter the app. Please fix it otherwise I’ll have to delete the game.

Like insanely greedy. Energy is very slowly recovering, there is nothing to do without spending money every 5-minute
