TAKE NOTES. DATE NOTES.

Agenda’s unique timeline approach to organising notes gives your projects momentum. While other apps focus specifically on the past, present, or future, Agenda is the only notes app that keeps track of each in a single timeline.

Add notes for what is currently on your agenda, while you prepare other notes for an upcoming meeting. Use older notes as breadcrumbs to remind yourself why you took the actions you did.

WHAT'S ON THE AGENDA?

You can attach dates to individual notes, and even link them to events in your calendar. But you can also put them “On the Agenda”.

Notes that are On the Agenda are given special status. They get added to an overview in the sidebar so you can find them in a flash.

THE 'MEANING FULL' TEXT EDITOR

Agenda support styles like headings, lists, tables, indented blocks and preformatted text. You focus on the content, and leave Agenda to handle the appearance.

GET ATTACHED TO AGENDA

You can easily add file attachments to notes, which then sync across your devices. Files can be previewed, and images displayed as thumbnails or full-sized.

NOTE-ALLY ORGANISED

Group your projects into categories to make them easier to find, and order the notes for each project however you choose. You can drag them around, apply dates or use a mixed approach. You can also collapse notes to save space.

MANY DEVICES, ONE AGENDA

Nobody wants data trapped on one device, so Agenda has apps for Mac, iPad and iPhone, and they sync up via your iCloud or Dropbox account.

You can also collaborate with others on shared notes. Anyone joining can help edit the note. It's great for a family shopping list or a team meeting.

GOING PRO

You can use Agenda for free, with no time limits.

Agenda offers extra premium features that require an In App Purchase.

If you take a yearly subscription, you unlock all the premium features across all of your devices. If you end the subscription, you keep all the features you unlocked while subscribed. They are yours forever!

Don't like subscriptions? There is a one time lifetime purchase available too.

Underrated

Gave this app a try and you will love it!

Small request

Subjektiv on

I’m still testing and trying out the app. Question: Would it be possible to also add a true black (OLED screens) background for the widget on the home screen? Edit: Thank you for responding so quickly.

Promising but inconsistent and buggy

Moliat1 on

I’ve been trying to make myself like Agenda for a year now due to it’s promise, but unfortunately it is just too inconsistent, buggy, and finicky to be a viable replacement for Notes/OneNote/Evernote. Writing on iOS chunks of text will unaccountably disappear as you write, notes you save locally will fail to sync then be deleted everywhere. The Undo button is an abomination that will either do nothing or remove 5 minutes of work with no reliable way to recover it. Text formatting is glitchy. Very sad as the premise is promising, but the execution is unfortunately far too unreliable and inconsistent to be a viable place to write or store things you care about keeping.

Exciting app

Almarma on

I’m a person who tend to get distracted easily and have a lot of tasks to do all the time and tend to be overwhelmed and saturated and miss due dates easily. Well, this app seems to be helping me so far. The ability to set due dates for tasks, and also reminders within the tasks for individual steps is an amazing feature. Also the freedom to annotate easily anything that comes to your mind for that task is great. And the daily view, where you can focus on today and forget the rest is very useful. As they say on their site, some apps are good to remind notes or past activities, this is focused in what needs to be done, and that’s what I need. Oh, and it’s the first app I see that combines calendar appointments and reminders in the same view, something I always found obvious but nobody did before

Good app, but no windows support.

Martin-78 on

The app and the note taking system in itself is good. However since there is no windows or web-integration you are not only reliant on being a Mac user yourself, but all the people you want to collaborate with must be as well. Developers says no plans yet exist for multi platform support. To me that makes the service useless as of now.

Nice app, nice price

Just started using it after evaluating a bunch of apps.

Good but...

Leiesoldat9999 on

It would be better for ME og IT was compatible with the Apple pencil 😀 I will download again if this happens.

Dear developer

:sol on

I would have loved this app cause I do miss the possibility to link notes to the calendar. But I’m missing the opportunity to add photos to the texts, so sadly I can’t use it for my needs.

When will the app be compatible with the apple pencile?

Geir-Erik on

Dear developer. Thank you for a god app. Do you have any intention to make this app compatible with the Apple Pencil so that it will be possible to make notes with the pencile?
