TAKE NOTES. DATE NOTES.

Agenda’s unique timeline approach to organising notes gives your projects momentum. While other apps focus specifically on the past, present, or future, Agenda is the only notes app that keeps track of each in a single timeline.

Add notes for what is currently on your agenda, while you prepare other notes for an upcoming meeting. Use older notes as breadcrumbs to remind yourself why you took the actions you did.

WHAT'S ON THE AGENDA?

You can attach dates to individual notes, and even link them to events in your calendar. But you can also put them “On the Agenda”.

Notes that are On the Agenda are given special status. They get added to an overview in the sidebar so you can find them in a flash.

THE 'MEANING FULL' TEXT EDITOR

Agenda support styles like headings, lists, tables, indented blocks and preformatted text. You focus on the content, and leave Agenda to handle the appearance.

GET ATTACHED TO AGENDA

You can easily add file attachments to notes, which then sync across your devices. Files can be previewed, and images displayed as thumbnails or full-sized.

NOTE-ALLY ORGANISED

Group your projects into categories to make them easier to find, and order the notes for each project however you choose. You can drag them around, apply dates or use a mixed approach. You can also collapse notes to save space.

MANY DEVICES, ONE AGENDA

Nobody wants data trapped on one device, so Agenda has apps for Mac, iPad and iPhone, and they sync up via your iCloud or Dropbox account.

You can also collaborate with others on shared notes. Anyone joining can help edit the note. It's great for a family shopping list or a team meeting.

GOING PRO

You can use Agenda for free, with no time limits.

Agenda offers extra premium features that require an In App Purchase.

If you take a yearly subscription, you unlock all the premium features across all of your devices. If you end the subscription, you keep all the features you unlocked while subscribed. They are yours forever!

Too bad no window version

GZSim on

Most of my work sync between computer and phone, I’m using window, not convenient for me.

So far so good

P.LJ.Lee on

As an entrepreneur, I’m constantly working on different projects. I just got an ipad and just downloaded Evernote, bear, and agenda. Agenda is my absolute favorite. I love the category and projects feature and how simple and straightforward it is to use. Hope the developers continue making it better! Thanks for this!!

can be more user friendly

winterererer on

I just started using the app and I have to say, there are a lot of things this app did right. the variety of useful features and the ability to arrange notes by date/time has really come in handy. however, even after going through the tutorial it still takes quite a bit of effort to get used to the gestures and symbols in the app. e.g. the symbols above the keyboard don’t really tell us what it’s for at first glance, I have to remember them after getting it wrong many times. this isn’t a huge issue but it would really be helpful if you made the controls more intuitive.

I think this app is SUPER convenient, it is also very efficient!

Premium features are BAD and SLOW to arrive

Juz.Juz on

Buggy and half hearted implementation. Free version 3 stars because it's free but paid version hardly deserves 1 star. - lots of BUGS. 2 most critical bugs are slow and laggy for large notes, reminders not synching and that’s a 4 month old bug - mobile devices critical these days but agenda uses only 70% of iPad width with panels hidden, can't read long title of notes on iPhone. Width bug been for 2 years due to bad design but they insist on working on LOUSY features rather than fixing bugs - can't hide on the agenda, today. Related notes has bad logic that pull notes that aren't related. They do things their way, take it or leave it - search is very basic, no highlighting or colouring of text, can't list all tags used or auto populate, blah blah blah Premium only available 12 months and implementing features VERY VERY slow. Wasted money. Selfish implementation of languages to expand their market reach and spent months on it and call is a FEATURE. English not first language in this country but we don’t need you to waste months coding. Work on something useful instead. No poll for customers to choose important features. Deliberately DELAYING promised features so we need to pay premium again after 12 months. Expiring soon and will NOT pay again. Buy at your own risk.

Good with “crash on search” bug

J-Test on

Have been testing and using this app and found very useful for follow-up purpose and storing reference information for easy access. It can sort by date but wish it can sort but title description. Ver 9.3.1 — Each I try to search (on my iPad Pro (2017), it crashes. Developer please look into it.

Paid Version Gives Support for 12 months Only

timnasg on

Unbelievable! This app is not optimised for the iPad or iPad Pro’s larger screen! Everything seems magnified, not just ugly but is also wasting precious screen space resources. Moreover, paid app gives you only12 exact months of support &/or protection against obsolescence. Everyone should take note and read small print.

Notes. Reminder. Calendar. Seamless workflow.

Rathcomz on

Best app to write notes, create reminders and link to calendar item in one seamless workflow. Plus I love the fact that I can use it for free and buy the 12 months premium feature access instead of paying for a subscription.

Good app, but basic integrations lacking

Dane4188 on

I actually really like the UI of this app, and the way it organizes your notes. However I find there is a lack of some basic integration into IOS. For example if I want to import a note from notes or keep, I can’t press share and then find the agenda app to copy to, or if I’m in my email and want to save an email to a project, with attachments, then how? I can’t press share and copy the info to the agenda app. I wish agenda made it easier for me to import notes into the app from the places I need to. I don’t want to always have to go into the agenda app itself to log a note or save something important/idea to a project. If this was fixed it would be a five star from me, but until then, I can’t use it for my needs
